The Amplify II is Sunlighten's hottest line in a 2-person format: five far-infrared SoloCarbon panels plus three 500W full-spectrum heaters, insulation, and a double-pane door engineered to reach 170°F in ideal conditions — all on a 120V circuit drawing under 16A. The trade-offs are a quote-only buying process and no red light therapy, which Sunlighten reserves for its pricier mPulse line.

Amplify is the collection Sunlighten positions for people who found infrared cabins too gentle. The Amplify II combines five SoloCarbon far-infrared panels with three 500W full-spectrum heaters (no floor heater), thick insulation, and a heat-tight double-pane glass door, and the company states it is engineered to reach 170 degrees in ideal conditions — high for an infrared cabin. Despite that, the published electrical spec is modest: 1,880W and 15.67A on a dedicated 120V 20A circuit (NEMA 5-20), which makes it one of the few high-heat full-spectrum cabins that avoids 240V wiring. Cabinet dimensions are 50.9" W x 45.9" D x 77.7" H outside and 45.4" x 39.9" x 70.3" inside, in a choice of eucalyptus (541 lbs) or basswood (456 lbs).
As with all Sunlighten cabins, there is no published price — the figure here is an approximate market price for the base configuration, and actual quotes vary with wood and options. Warm-up time is not published either. The residential warranty covers cabinetry and heaters for 7 years, controls for 3, and the glass door and audio for 1. Red light therapy is not available on Amplify at all; buyers who want it must step up to the mPulse collection. For a high-heat full-spectrum experience on ordinary household power, though, the Amplify II's spec sheet is genuinely distinctive.
