The Solace brings Daiwa's extended 49-inch L-shaped track down to the brand's standard series, with 42 airbags, heat, and zero-gravity positioning in a relatively compact 59-inch-long frame. The catch is that the official page never specifies the roller mechanism's depth technology, and at a $6,500 MSRP it sits above several competitors that publish full 3D specs.

Daiwa pitches the Solace as whole-body coverage in a chair that takes up little space, and the geometry supports that: the L-shaped track runs 49 inches from the top of the shoulders to the hamstrings — the same track length as the pricier Legacy 4 — while the cabinet stands a comparatively trim 59 x 30 x 45 inches upright and reclines to 70 inches with just 3 inches of wall clearance. Forty-two airbags handle shoulders, arms, thighs, and calves, the foot unit combines airbags with double reflexology rollers, and lumbar heat plus a 126-to-158-degree recline round out the essentials. Programs stay simple: 18 automatic options (six routines across three time settings) plus seven manual modes, controlled from a two-language handheld remote or a companion Android/iOS app.
What is missing from the page matters at this price. Daiwa does not state whether the Solace uses a 2D or 3D roller mechanism, and unlike the Legacy 4's spec sheet there are no 3D modes listed — buyers comparing against explicitly 3D chairs in the $2,000-$3,000 range should factor that in. The 265-pound user weight limit is also the lowest among the chairs we compared, and the published warranty (two years parts and framework, one year labor) is unremarkable. Height accommodation is a bright spot at a stated 4'8" to 6'6", making it one of the more size-flexible standard-series chairs around.
