The Solis Duo 4D+ is Osaki's top Platinum-line chair, pairing two independently controlled 4D mechanisms with a flexible track that extends to 190 degrees — beyond what a fixed SL-track can do. It carries the brand's best warranty (3 years full service plus 2 years parts) and a 330 lb user weight rating. At $11,999 with no discounting, it asks true flagship money, and heat is limited to a single lumbar zone.

Most massage chairs run a single roller mechanism up and down one track; the Solis runs two 4D mechanisms — one for the back, one for the lower body — on what Osaki calls a Flex Track. Because the track itself can articulate, the chair reclines past 180 degrees to a stated 190-degree stretch position, and the maker claims precise control over roller intensity and depth in each zone independently. Around that core sit 54 air cells covering shoulders, arms, hips, calves and feet, spinning calf rollers plus dual foot rollers per foot, an extended 13.5-inch calf rest, a touchscreen controller, voice recognition, and graphene lumbar heating rated at roughly 75-83°F.
This is a large, heavy piece of equipment: 286 lb, 30 inches wide, needing a 30-inch doorway and about 10 inches of wall clearance to recline — notably more clearance than Osaki's cheaper chairs. The payoff is a 330 lb maximum user weight, the highest in this lineup, and the Platinum-tier warranty of 3 years full service plus 2 additional years of parts coverage included in the price. The main caveat is that price: at $11,999 street with no promotional discounting, it costs more than twice as much as the 4D Emperor II, and heating is confined to the lumbar area where some rivals add calf or foot heat.
