The 4D Emperor II is the value play in Osaki's 4D range: a $10,999-list chair selling at $4,499 with a bundled 5-year warranty. It packs a 53.15-inch SL-track, 3-stage zero gravity, infrared-heated back rollers plus calf heating, and a health monitoring system that reads heart rate, blood oxygen and HRV. The 250 lb user weight limit is the lowest in this group, and Osaki's routine deep discounting means the list price should not anchor expectations.

On paper the Emperor II reads like a flagship: a 4D mechanism with adjustable intensity, speed, width and depth riding a 53.15-inch SL-track from neck to upper glutes, 3-stage zero gravity reclining, 42 air cells, and a sensing suite that tracks blood oxygen, heart rate, microcirculation and HRV to generate a color-coded tension report and adapt the massage. Heat comes in two zones — infrared warmth built directly into the massage heads plus carbon-fiber pads in the calf section — which is more heating than either Platinum-line chair above it offers. Sixteen auto programs and six manual styles are driven from a touchscreen controller, voice commands, or a quick-access side panel, and the chair needs just 3.2 inches of wall clearance.
The commercial reality is the interesting part. Osaki lists the Emperor II at $10,999 but sells it at $4,499 with a free extended warranty bringing coverage to 3 years full service plus 2 years of parts — the same structure as chairs at twice the price. That makes it the obvious pick in the middle of the range, with two caveats: the 250 lb maximum user weight is the lowest of any chair in this lineup, and the perpetual-promotion pricing model means the advertised 59% saving is marketing math rather than a limited-time event. At its actual street price, the spec-per-dollar ratio is hard to beat within the brand.
