The simplest, cheapest way into cold therapy. There is no chiller — you supply the cold with ice — but the recycled-material barrel is well made, chiller-ready and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

The Ice Barrel 300 is deliberately the opposite of an all-in-one: an upright barrel you sit in, chilled with ice you add yourself, for $1,149.99. It is made in the USA from recycled materials, includes an internal seat and accommodates users up to about six feet, and holds 77 gallons (61 lb empty, ~700 lb full).
Because there is no chiller, ownership is about managing ice and water changes rather than running a compressor — though the barrel is chiller-ready if you add one later. For occasional users, small spaces, or anyone testing whether cold exposure fits their routine before spending thousands, it is the sensible starting point, and the limited lifetime warranty is unusually generous at this price.
