The Duo 3.0 stacks two Solo panels into a floor-to-head 72-inch column with 300 LEDs and up to 176 watts of light output, and it can later expand into Joovv's Max and larger full-body systems. The catch is the math: at $3,699 it costs far more per watt than value-brand panels, the 8.75-inch-wide column keeps coverage narrower than true full-body walls, and it needs a door or wall mounting system.

The Duo 3.0 is Joovv's mid-tier body system: two Solo 3.0 panels joined vertically for roughly 72 by 8.75 inches of emitting surface, 300 LEDs split between 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared, and a stated optical irradiance above 100 mW/cm². Joovv classifies the treatment size as moderate — the column covers your height, but its narrow width means it treats the front (or back) of the body in a single pass rather than wrapping wide. The whole assembly weighs about 28 pounds and mounts on the Door Mount System or Nano Wall System, drawing 500 VA from a standard outlet. App control brings Recovery+ pulsed mode and Ambient mode, and the modular design means a Duo can grow into a Max 3.0 or larger rather than being replaced.
The premium is significant. $3,699 (list $4,099) buys 176 watts of stated light output — value brands sell physically larger, higher-draw panels for a third of that. What Joovv offers in exchange is the modular ecosystem, independent certification claims, a polished app, and a 2-year warranty with 60-day returns. For buyers committed to the Joovv system who want more than a single Solo without jumping to a full Max wall, the Duo is the logical middle step; for pure output per dollar, it is hard to defend.
