The simplicity that keeps the price down is also the ceiling. There is no brightness dimming, no pulsing, and no extra wavelengths — just a timer and separate red/NIR switches — and unlike Mito's dual-figure disclosure, Hooga's comparison chart states irradiance without saying what kind of meter produced the number.
