At 12.5 × 8.5 × 2.3 inches and 10 lbs, this is a desktop-scale device that Vital labels for half-body or targeted use at a recommended 16–24 inches. The published irradiance of 150–210 mW/cm² comes with no measurement distance, and with output divided across nine bands, the intensity in any single wavelength is necessarily a fraction of the total — two reasons to treat the headline number as marketing shorthand rather than a comparable spec.
